After you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll schedule a time for one of our experts to visit. We will provide a free property consultation to discuss how we can optimize your home, help increase your occupancy and nightly rate, and answer any questions you might have.
There are no upfront fees. We guarantee complete transparency and there are no set-up costs to start working with us. If we believe that something additional needs to be purchased to optimize your home and increase your nightly rate we would be happy to help you find the best way to go about it!
Yes we can. We can quickly complete the on-boarding process and start managing your existing bookings as long as you give us access to your account or the relevant information to get in touch with your guests. From the moment you sign with Cosy Stays, we will manage all your existing and incoming bookings and provide an all around service to you and your guests. To start using our services in the shortest time frame please call us directly on 1800 978 558 , or tell us a bit about your property here and we will get in touch!
Once you hand over the keys, we need 24 hours to get your listing up and running on all relevant platforms. Expect your first guest within days if not sooner!
All we need is two sets of keys, everything else we will take care of! We provide an all-around service and guarantee no upfront or hidden fees. Even linen, towels and toiletries are included!
Normally, we require the property to be available for a consecutive period of 8 weeks out of the year. However, each client agreement with Cosy Stays is customised and if you think your availability will be different, we would be happy to discuss your particular situation and will do our best to come up with a solution that works for you.
